Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. Please read them before you buy. Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law as a consumer, and where anything below conflicts with those rights, your legal rights win.
1. Who you are contracting with
Visentri, a trader based in the United Kingdom, selling directly to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States through this store.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Visentri. "You" means the person using the site or placing the order.
2. These terms, and the others that go with them
By placing an order you agree to these terms. They should be read alongside our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of the agreement between us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site at the moment you placed it.
3. How an order becomes a contract
Adding something to your cart is not an order, and our product pages are an invitation to buy rather than an offer. The steps are:
- You place an order at checkout. That is your offer to buy.
- We send an order confirmation email. That is an acknowledgement that we have received it, not yet an acceptance.
- The contract is formed when we send the dispatch email confirming the goods have left us.
If we cannot accept your order — because an item is out of stock, because a price or description was wrong, or because we cannot ship to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full. We do not charge you for an order we cannot fulfil.
4. Prices and payment
The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. UK prices include UK VAT. US prices are the full amount charged, with any import duties or handling charges on the way to you paid by us.
Delivery is free on every order, in both directions.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
We try hard to price and describe things accurately. If an obvious error slips through — a price plainly wrong rather than merely generous — we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Discount codes and promotional offers may be limited in time or quantity, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within one working day and delivery typically takes 6–12 days after that. Full detail, including what happens if a parcel is late, damaged or undeliverable, is in the Shipping policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
6. Cancelling, returning and the 90-Night Guarantee
You can cancel, return or claim under our 90-Night Guarantee on the terms set out in the Refund policy. In short: 90 days from delivery, full refund, we pay postage both ways.
UK and EU customers also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which sits alongside the guarantee and is unaffected by it.
7. What the product is, and what it is not
Visentri sells filtered shower heads and replacement filter cartridges. They are ordinary consumer bathroom products.
They are not medical devices, not a treatment, cure or preventative for any medical condition, and not a water softening system. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking to a doctor or pharmacist about a skin or scalp problem.
Water supplies differ from house to house and from town to town, and people differ too. We describe what our filters are designed to do and how they work; we do not promise any particular outcome for any individual. That is precisely why the 90-Night Guarantee exists — if it does nothing for you, you get your money back.
8. Fit and suitability
Shower fittings are not standardised between countries. Our handheld sets are built for a UK-style hose fitting; our fixed wall-arm heads screw onto a fixed shower arm. Each product page says which it is.
It is your responsibility to check which type your bathroom takes — but if you get it wrong, email us and we will swap it or refund you in full and pay the postage both ways. Send us a photograph of your shower before ordering if you are unsure and we will tell you honestly.
Please install and use the product as described in the instructions supplied. Do not modify it, dismantle the cartridge housing, or use it with anything other than a normal domestic cold and hot water supply.
9. Using this website
You may use this site to browse and buy for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape it, resell our products as an unauthorised retailer, interfere with its operation or security, or use it in any unlawful way.
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.
10. Our content
The Visentri name, our text, photography, video and design are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
If you send us a review, photograph or message, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to publish and reuse it in connection with our business. We do not publish reviews we have not received, and we do not write them ourselves.
11. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, and for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use one for any commercial or business purpose we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
US customers: the guarantee we give is a contractual promise from us to you, in addition to any implied warranties and to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, none of which these terms limit or waive.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something genuinely beyond our reasonable control — carrier disruption, extreme weather, customs delay, industrial action or similar. If it happens we will tell you and, if the delay is substantial, you can cancel and be refunded in full.
13. Your personal information
We handle your data as described in our Privacy policy.
14. If something goes wrong
Email us and say so. A person reads it and it gets looked at again. If we cannot resolve it between us, UK customers can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline, which can refer the matter to Trading Standards.
15. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do, or delay in taking action, that does not mean we have given up the right to do so later. This contract is between you and us; nobody else has the right to enforce it.
16. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the UK you may bring proceedings in the English courts, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you live in the United States, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your state of residence, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
