This is the fastest way to reach us and it is read by a person, not a bot. We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. We are in the UK, so if you are in the US an evening email is usually answered while you sleep.

Please include your order number if you have one — it is in the subject line of your confirmation email.

What to contact us about

  • Before you order — whether it fits your shower, how long a cartridge lasts, delivery questions, or which set makes sense for your home. Our handheld sets are made for a UK-style hose fitting and our fixed wall-arm heads for a fixed shower arm; if you are not sure which you have, send us a photograph of your shower and we will tell you.
  • After you order — changing an address, cancelling, or chasing a parcel. If we have not packed it yet we can usually still change it, but we dispatch within one working day, so be quick.
  • Returns and refunds — see the Refund policy, then email us to start one. Return shipping is on us, both ways.
  • Complaints — reply to any email from us and say you are unhappy. It gets looked at again. If we cannot resolve it between us, UK customers can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline, which can refer the matter to Trading Standards.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice. Visentri is a shower filter — it is not a medical device, not a treatment for any condition, and not a water softener system. If you have a skin or scalp problem that worries you, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

Prices, tax and delivery

UK prices include UK VAT. US prices are the full amount you pay, with any import duties covered by us. Delivery is free on every order, in both directions. See the Shipping policy.
