At Visentri, we want you to feel completely confident trying our products. We offer both refunds and returns under the terms below.

Our Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund or return within 14 days of delivery, even if the tin has been opened or used. We stand behind what we sell, and we don't require an unopened product to qualify.

How Returns Work

To start a return or refund, contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll give you instructions for sending the item back, and we cover the cost of return shipping - there is no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we've approved your return, or received the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Subscriptions

If you're on a subscription, cancelling stops future charges immediately and you don't need to return anything to cancel. The 14-day guarantee above applies separately to each shipment you receive.
